Payment Terms and Conditions

Work will commence upon payment confirmation. Payments received after 2 PM EST will result in the work starting the following business day.

Client Requirements

To ensure timely and accurate delivery, clients must provide complete and detailed information, including drawings, plans, specifications, addendums, and reports. The accuracy of the estimate depends on the quality of the information provided.

Delivery Deadlines

We strive to meet the agreed-upon delivery dates. However, due to project complexity, slight delays may occur. If early delivery is needed, please inform us when placing the order.

We provide regular updates throughout the project, and you can contact us at any time for the current status.

If payment is made after 2 PM EST, the project will begin the next business day. For deliveries falling on weekends or national holidays, the requirement will be fulfilled on the next business day.

Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring client satisfaction by offering unlimited revisions until the work meets your expectations. However, once work has begun on your project, refunds are not provided.

If any errors occur, we will correct them promptly at no additional cost. No refunds will be issued once the final order has been delivered.

Upon payment, you acknowledge and agree to our refund policy, which is non-negotiable.

Revision Policy

Revisions due to human error will be corrected at no extra charge. Any requests for additional estimates or changes beyond the original scope will incur a fee. Discounts may be available for additional work, but charges will apply.

Cost Estimation Process

Option 1: We calculate man-hours or labor hours without applying specific rates. If you provide your own rates, we will incorporate them into the estimate.

Option 2: We use RS-Means to determine average labor and material costs. Estimates are based on average U.S. rates.
